Wedding Season

Tis the season for weddings! I love going to weddings and I secretly love that none of them have been mine... for now at least. One of the best part of weddings is getting ready! (besides eating cake obviously.)
I loved my dress that I wore to my uncles wedding. It was comfortable enough that I wasn't itching to get out of, but it also looked nice for photos.
Lets also just talk about my shoes for a moment. These little babies are my pride and joy at the moment. From the second I saw them, I knew that they needed to be mine!
The best part of my outfit was it made me feel like a Disney princess.....
The funny part about that is, I wasn't trying to be one! The entire night my family either told me I looked like Queen Elsa because of my hair or Pocahontas because of my outfit.
Either way, it was a good night!

Re-Use

Today my post is about re-using your clothes to make a different outfit. So most everything that I am wearing in this post you have seen before. I wanted to do a post like this because I feel like a lot of us will wear something once and never again because you don't want to be an "outfit repeater" but that's why clothes are so fun, you can wear them with multiple things to make a whole new look. I linked the other posts where the outfit link should be so you can see how they may be similar, but are still different!! (the other posts will have the link to where you can get the items.)

Sunshine

I had a wonderful getaway weekend. I took a mini road trip to Mesquite, Nevada and got the opportunity to hang with my family for a little. I am aware I already have a post wearing these shorts, but this look is showing how to wear them with a different outfit!! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! As well as a  good Monday!

Sweater Weather

Sweaters are always so comfortable and cozy, but you only really get to wear them during fall and winter... and where I live, its still not that often. For todays post I decided to incorporate a sweater into a spring/summer look. This is a light weight sweater, so its not like you'll be sweating, but you still get that cozy feel from it.
I paired both looks with the same sweater and gladiator sandals.
Sweater: Irenes Story
Shoes: Similar

First look I paired with loose, patterned shorts. You could always do jean shorts, but I like the look a little better with a fun pair of shorts.

Shorts: Irenes Story
Necklace: Old

Second look I paired the sweater with a simple, flow-y dress. It just adds something to the dress, and its easy to take on and off.

I hope wherever you live, you can always wear a cute sweater!!

Smell goods.

Ok.. so I have always had a bit of an obsession with perfume. I never feel ready unless I have some on. This month I have purchased two perfumes that have been hands down some of my favorite scents. I wouldn't normally splurge on a perfume.. especially two in one month, so that's saying something about how good they smell. Both of the scents are more natural scents. They don't really have that "perfume" smell, which I actually LOVE.
The first one I purchased I had smelt and put on and ended up having to go back to the store and get it because I loved it so much.
Its the Honeycomb flavor in the Library of Flowers collection  from Irene's Story.

Notes of Sweet sugared fig, ambrosia honey, and royal bee blossom.
 Get it HERE

The second fragrance is seriously SO GOOD. When I wear it I am constantly smelling myself because I just cant get enough!!!
Its Hot House Peonie from the Royal Apothic Conservatory Collection by Anthropologie.
Notes of  white lily, lilac, rose, cyclamen and violet.
( Not a floral scent, very fresh and clean smelling.)

Get it HERE

Just to let you know, Anthropologie sells the Library of flowers collection as well, I found out! So one stop shop! Wahoo!

Top knots

I love this Casual but fun overall look. As you guys know by now, I love a solid pair of overalls, and I died when I found these. I am sure you can guess where they are from too!!
I put my hair up to keep the look simple.  I paired them with a mesh knit shirt and some slip on sandals! I also added a statement necklace to just add a little pop.

Green Pocket.

This pullover is one of my absolute favorites. It is so cute and can be worn on an outing rather than just a casual day. I paired it with my favorite Joes and my go to cheetah flats! I have seriously been wearing them with everything... which I shouldn't, I should wear some of my other thousand shoes, but they just go cute with so many things, so excuse them if you see them with several things... HA!
