New Year, New Cheers.

Well another year has come and gone.. How crazy! I honestly can not believe how quickly this year went by, I still remember last New Years like it was yesterday. It is the time where we make resolutions and we may or may not follow them, but I am convinced if I sit here and tell you mine then I have to follow them or I would be letting you guys down!!  So here is my list of Resolutions for 2014!

Blog at least 3 times + a week. I get pretty busy with work and school, and I sometimes just don't have time to take photos of what i'm wearing, no matter how bad I want to. This is a big goal for me to really try to be posting a lot more weekly even when i'm most busy!

Eating healthy and Working out. This is probably the most cliche thing said around the new year but i'm serious. I was a dancer for 16 years so fitness has always been a big part of my life, but I need to make it more of a priority, especially when things get busy, I always put the gym/working out last, or when I get a spare moment and it should be a lot higher on the priority list. As eating healthy goes, I am a college student, i'm obviously not able to afford all organic food and cook these fabulous healthy meals... but my menu now consists of pizza rolls and stouffers mac and cheese. I guess its cheaper to buy healthy food now though, than  when i'm older to be in the hospital for the horrible things my eating habits did to me.

Staying positive and happy. I feel like more than ever people lately are trying to bring others down or are constantly providing drama, and I want none of it. I am living in paradise and I want my attitude and mood to match the atmosphere i'm living in. There is an awesome quote I saw and i'm unsure on the author, but it stated "The more you love your decisions the less you need others to love them." I LOVE that, because its true, as long as you are happy and feeling good with the choices you have made, it shouldn't matter who agrees and who doesn't, because quite frankly, it isn't their life.

I hope you are all ready for a new year and are making goals and following new dreams!!

P.S I hope everyone has a very safe holiday!!

The Everyday Restriction....

BRAS!!!!!!

Ladies, I know I am not the only girl out there that has bitter feelings towards bras.. they are tight, uncomfortable, and just restrict you. Now I am not trying to bash on Victorias Secret, because trust me, I am a fan of that store, and honestly without bra's the world of women would be a hot mess... but I have become a fan of a different kind of bra... and I just feel like I have to share it with you guys because its just way too comfy, and cute, to keep to myself. I have been loving simple little lace bralettes. They don't have padding, wires, provide any push-up, and really don't give much support for that matter, but they have become one of my best friends.
Obviously I wouldn't just go bra-less, I don't think anyone should go that far, but these get the job done and lets be honest make me feel a lot more free. (To any men reading this... consider yourself lucky!!)

I had to share this awesome shirt I have from Brandy, they are true supporters as well.

I couldn't find my exact one online, but here is a muscle tank version!!

ok... so here are my favorites!

The Beige color and the olive green above are both awesome and have been looking so cute with a lot of my winter clothing!! They are both from Foreign Exchange.

This little beauty is from Brandy Melville. This one is kind of more fitted like a sports bra, but with a way more fun back!

This is the one that got me started, I got this gorgeous Maroon one at Free People and I am so glad I did!! http://www.freepeople.com/intimates-bras/galloon-lace-racerback/
Of course you have to have a white one. I purchased this one from Tobi.

Tobi is also really good with their prices!! Also, if its your first time buying you get 50% off the entire site, and they send emails of additional sales all the time!!

Winter Must Haves.

With winter here now, I decided to let you guys know what my must have outfit pieces are!!

Denim Shirts and flannels:
These are awesome for fall and winter because they act as such good layering pieces.
Both of my main "go to" ones are from Urban!

Go to Jacket:
Everyone has that go to jacket, that no matter what they can just grab it and wear it with any out! My favorites happen to be my hooded leather ones.
Brown is from JMR

Fur:
Yes. I finally found one that I love, and to say i'm obsessed is an understatement.

Sweaters, Sweaters, Sweaters:
Whether they be thin or bulky, sweaters are awesome!! Especially to layer with... just wearing a sweater is cute, but when you put an open cardigan over one, or a fun scarf, it makes the outfit so much more enjoyable! Here are some of my Favorites.
Middle and Right: http://www.tobi.com/

Which brings me to my next couple...

Cardigans:
I love, love, love, these comfy things!!!  Once again, perfect for layering, but also just turning a simple outfit into something more fun!

Scarfs: I think everyone has to own a scarf. Whether it be for weather purposes or for fashion, because they really do keep you warm, as well as add so much to your outfit! Here are a couple of my favorite scarfs.
The scarf on the left http://www.heavenlycouture.com/
The scarf on the middle is from http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/index.jsp.

Boots!
High, low, Combat, I don't care!! I live in southern CA and boots are still a necessity. Here are a couple of my favorite boots!
All three of these boots are from http://www.stevemadden.com/

Socks:
Socks are so fun any season but especially with boots or high top  shoes, its fun to have a fun pattern coming out. I also love knee socks!!
I love getting socks from

Tights/Leggings:
Tights are always so fun in the winter to wear with dresses, over-sized cardigans, and boots!

Beanies:
Beanies are so in, and completely adorable! They also come in handy on bad hair days, as well as keeping you warm!

Middle: Called To Surf (called)

Jeans:
Obviously as it gets colder, shorts wont be an option, so my go to jeans this winter are;
